Terms of use

By downloading, installing or using Thrymo you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, don't use the app.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Thrymo. If the law where you live requires a higher age to accept this kind of agreement, that age applies.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use Thrymo on devices you control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not redistribute, resell, decompile or reverse-engineer the app, except to the extent the law mandatorily allows it.

Thrymo is a tool for organising your budget. It is not financial, investment, accounting, tax or legal advice, and should not be taken as such.

The projections, trends and debt payoff estimates the app shows are calculations over the data you enter. Decisions about your money are yours and yours alone.

Thrymo works without a cloud by design. That means we hold no copy of your information on our servers, because we have no servers to receive it.

If you lose your device, reset it, or uninstall the app without having made a backup, your data is permanently gone and there is nothing we can do to recover it. We strongly recommend exporting backups regularly and keeping them somewhere safe.

The app's calculations depend on the accuracy of what you record. If the input is wrong or incomplete, the results will be too.

Thrymo's complete budget is free and will stay that way. Installing includes 45 days with every Premium feature unlocked, no card required. When that period ends the app moves to the free plan and you keep everything you logged.

Once Premium becomes paid, the following conditions will also apply:

Premium can also be bought once, for good. That one-time purchase gives exactly the same access as the monthly and yearly subscriptions — what changes is when and how much you pay, never what you get — and it never renews: no recurring charges and nothing to cancel.

If we ever add a feature with a recurring cost, anyone on the one-time plan can add it separately at a heavily reduced price.

We may add, modify or withdraw features, and publish updates that install automatically to fix bugs or improve the app.

We aim for no change to destroy data you've already recorded, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available or free of errors.

The Thrymo name, its logo, design, copy and code belong to their owners and are protected by applicable law. These terms transfer no rights over them to you.

The data you enter in the app is yours. We claim no rights over it, not least because it never reaches us.

Thrymo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This includes, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from error.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so parts of the above may not apply to you.

You can stop using Thrymo at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend the licence if you materially breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules, and the Colombian courts shall have jurisdiction.

None of the above limits the non-waivable rights granted to you by Law 1480 of 2011 (the Colombian Consumer Statute) if you are a consumer in Colombia. Likewise, if you live in another country whose law grants you consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract, those protections prevail over what is agreed here.

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in full force.
